We would like to announce, that 2 of Glasgow Caledonian Students have been elected for the National Board positions for the upcoming mandate April 2017 - April 2018 of Erasmus Student Network UK. Both of them will be working closely with the Government and the National Agency with regards to the possible impact of Brexit on the student mobility scheme - Erasmus+ programme, along with managing the UK's division of the network.
Erasmus Student Network is the biggest student association in Europe, working across 40 nations with over 500 local sections.
Daniel Berlinski - current 4th year student of BA (Hon) International Business has been elected the next President of the network, following his successful National Board's vice-presidency (current mandate). He will be in charge of the network strategy for the upcoming years, managing the network (over 200 volunteers across the country), and, ensuring the ESN gains a better recognition amongst British unviersities and emplyers.
Jenn Daly - current 4th year student of BSc (Hon) Audio Technology has been elected the next Treasurer of the network, following her successful presidency at GCU (current mandate). She will be in charge of the financial side of the Erasmus Student Network UK Community Interest Company, her main focus will be grants applications and gathering new partnerships for the network.
